Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your event at any time up to 31 days before the event at no charge. From 30 days to 1 week before the event, there is a non-refundable fee of $250. For cancellations within 7 days of the event, the entire fee is charged. Jamii Center management reserves the right to cancel your booking if we deem it does not meet our community and safety requirements.
