Our Services
Tables
Choose from our 6' round tables that seat up to 10 people, or 6' rectangle tables that seat up to 8 people individually.
We also have 4 30" cafe tables and 6 30" bar height tables, ideal for game events.
Tables come with complimentary table covers.
Video Options
Our space is equipped with 3 video options:
a 60" projection on the lobby wall, a 55" TV screen in the lobby, and a 300" projection in our main space. Use of any (or all) video options are included in your rental.
All video options have sound capabilities.
Sound
A 2-zone audio system provides sound in the lobby and/or the main space.
Turn off the lobby zone to enjoy a separate sound source from the lobby projector or TV.
4 wireless handheld microphoones are available for your use.
Wireless Presentation
Having a meeting? Bring your own laptop and connect to our wireless presentation system. Simply plug the usb dongle into your computer, press the button, and your laptop appears on the projector wall to share with your guests.
Presentation Tools
Having a meeting? Bring your own laptop and connect to our wireless presentation system using Barco ClickShare equipment. For virtual meetings, we have an Owl Labs 360 conference camera. A 6' double-sided whiteboard is also available for your use.
Place Setting Package
Leave the table place settings to us! Each setting provides a plate charger, and premium disposable dinner plate, salad plate, bowl, 8 oz cup, and napkin wrapped flatware.
Cost: $7 per person
Formal Table Package
Our formal table package includes your color choice of table cover, chair cover, table runner, chair sash, floral centerpiece, table number, and place names.
Cost: $10 per table
Beverage Service
Enjoy an unlimited supply of complimentary filtered ice and water. We can also provide brewed drip coffee service throughout your event.
Cost: $15 flat fee
A/V Technician
If you need more than background sound, our trained audio-visual technician can assist you with coordinating your complex video, audio, and presentation needs.
Cost: $25 per hour
Security Package
For the safety and security of your event, we recommend hiring licensed security staff.
For events that will serve alcohol, we require a seurity person for every 30 people.
Cost: $75 per hour each
